Frame + Focus is a social media marketing and content production agency operated by P.S. Productions LLC, a Virginia limited liability company ("Frame + Focus," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information collected through our website, framefocus.media (the "Site").
Information you provide. When you fill out a form on the Site — such as our contact form, free audit request, or client onboarding intake — we collect the information you choose to share. Depending on the form, this may include:
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) to serve and secure the Site. We do not run advertising trackers, and the Site does not set first-party cookies.

After you submit our contact form, the Site can display an embedded Calendly scheduling widget. Embedded third-party content behaves as if you visited that provider's website directly, and the provider may set its own cookies. We encourage you to review Calendly's privacy policy.
We keep lead and client information for as long as it is needed to serve you, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and maintain business records. If you'd like your information removed, just ask — see "Your Choices" below.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@frameandfocus.com. Depending on where you live — including under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act — you may have additional rights regarding your personal data. We will honor valid requests to the extent required by applicable law, and we won't treat you differently for exercising them.
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
The Site is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to your information to the people and tools that need it to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
