This website, framefocus.media (the "Site"), is operated by P.S. Productions LLC, a Virginia limited liability company doing business as Frame + Focus ("Frame + Focus," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Frame + Focus provides social media marketing, content production, and related creative services. The content on this Site is provided for general information about our business. Client engagements are governed by separate written proposals or service agreements; if there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls for that engagement.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
Clients may be given access to a client portal at portal.framefocus.media. Portal access is offered as a convenience for active clients. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or revoke portal access at any time. Use of the portal is also subject to your service agreement with us.
The Site and its content — including the Frame + Focus name, logo, photography, videos, graphics, and text — are owned by P.S. Productions LLC or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent. Materials our clients provide to us remain the property of those clients.
When you submit information through our forms, you represent that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to share it. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship; a client relationship begins only when we both sign a service agreement. By submitting a form, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry.
The Site links to and integrates with third-party services (such as Calendly for scheduling and Instagram). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Case studies and statistics on this Site describe real results achieved for specific clients under specific circumstances. They are illustrations, not promises. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors, and we do not guarantee any particular result, engagement level, follower growth, or revenue outcome.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, P.S. Productions LLC and its members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless P.S. Productions LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and the "Last Updated" date will reflect the latest revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
